- 2. Incident Reports (30%): Any confirmed reports of predatory pricing ("bait and switch"), hostage loads (moving), or legal action taken against a company severely impacts their standing.
- 3. Verification Status (20%): Companies that have provided proof of valid state licensing, insurance, and physical address verification are prioritized over unverified entities.
- 4. Responsiveness (10%): How quickly and professionally a business responds to customer disputes and inquiries plays a role in their final score.
